Reset Samsung Galaxy Note 8
When you reset the Galaxy Note 8 to factory settings, it will go back to its original setup. However, any software updates won’t be removed. Likewise you will note that before you reset the phone, it’s a good idea to backup your data. This way, you won’t lose your pictures, apps, and contacts. To reset your Samsung Galaxy Note 8, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Home screen and swipe up or down to open the menu.
2. Tap on Settings.
3. Scroll down and tap on General management.
4. If you want more options, tap on Backup and restore.
5. Tap on Reset.
6. Tap on Factory data reset.
7. Scroll down and tap RESET.
8. Enter your current screen lock code.
9. Tap NEXT.
10. Finally, tap DELETE ALL.
All data and settings on the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will be deleted. Likewise see also the Galaxy J6 Factory Reset as well as the Hard Reset Samsung Galaxy Note 9. The phone will reset and restart. After it restarts, you can turn off anti-theft during the setup process.
