Unlike the Sony Xperia XA Dual F3112 the hard reset for the Sony Xperia XA Dual F3116 has more than one option. You can reset your mobile phone being the Xperia XA Dual F3116 either with the menu or with the codes. These have been added below for you to use to reset the phone back to the factory default.

Before anything else, make sure the battery is fully charged. It’s also important to backup all your important data with Xperia Companion. Next, power on your Sony Xperia XA Dual F3116. On the dialer, enter this code: *#*#7378423#*#*. On the screen, select Customization Settings. Then choose Reset customization and confirm. Your Sony Xperia XA Dual will start the reset process.
