In addition when you see the Android Logo, release all keys and press the Camera button to enter Recovery Mode. Likewise see also the Galaxy J6 Factory Reset which you can perform a hard reset using the menu. Turn on your Sony Xperia ZL and ensure the battery is fully charged. Navigate to the Settings menu, then go to Backup and reset > Factory Data Reset > Reset Device. Choose “Erase Everything” to reset your device to its factory default settings.

Select Customization Settings, then choose Reset customization and confirm. Your Xperia ZL will start the reset process.
