Performing a hard reset on your Sony Xperia U ST25i can be accomplished in different ways. Firstly, turn off your Sony Xperia U ST25i mobile phone. Then, press and hold the Volume Up Key + Power Key for a few seconds. Release all keys when you see the Service menu on the screen.
