Much like the Hard Reset Sony Xperia M4 Aqua you need to ensure that the Sony Xperia TX LT29i is turned off. Then, press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power key together for a few seconds. When you see the Service menu appear on the screen, release the keys. Next, using the volume buttons, navigate to the Factory Reset option in the menu. Once there, press the Power key to confirm your selection. Notice now that the phone will then begin the hard reset process.
Similar to the Factory Reset Sony Xperia M2 on here, you can also perform a hard reset through the menu settings on your phone. Turn on your Sony Xperia TX LT29i and ensure that the battery is fully charged. Go to the settings menu by tapping on Setting > Backup and reset > Factory Data Reset > Reset Device. Then, select Erase Everything and confirm the action.
