To hard reset your Sony Xperia E1 using the menu, make sure that the battery is fully charged. Navigate to “Settings” and then go to “Backup and reset”. Alternatively, you can hard reset your Sony Xperia E1 using a specific code. Before proceeding, ensure that the battery is fully charged. On the phone’s dialer, enter the code: *#*#7378423#*#*. This will access the customization settings. From there, select “Reset Customization” and click “Confirm”. The phone will then start the reset process automatically.
