Hard Reset LG G3 D855

If you wish to hard reset LG G3 D855 then you will need to follow the following instructions which are standard on this range of LG mobile phones. Note that there are two options when doing a hard reset on the LG G3 D855. There is the manual way of doing this and also the software process to do a factory reset. Start the backup process of your data;
Turn Off the LG G3 D855
Press And Hold in the two buttons;
Volume Down + Power Key
The LG logo will now come on;
Once this occurs release the Power key then press the Power key again
You now have to use the Volume keys to navigate through YES or NO options;
Press the Power button each time to confirm your option;
You have to use the Volume key to reselect or change the options;
Press the Power button to confirm;
The hard reset will now begin.

Factory reset via Buttons

Ensure that the phone is charged;
Turn on the phone and use the menu;
Setting > Backup and reset > Factory Data Reset > Reset Device
Remove your SDcard if you have one;
Select Erase Everything;
The hard reset will now begin;
It takes a few minutes to complete.
